go north from aughire and on the right
Also two new skirmishes, no deed locations

You need to open up the deed location for the Dragon Raid
You can pick up the quest at 75 in galtrev 80.5S 16.4W
It will send you to Thoors combe, then head to 67.3S 8.2W to get a drop off the mob
Hand back in at Thoors Combe and then go to the location of the Dragon Instance
